How Does Your Garden Grow

22 05 2006

Ok,

So I’ve tried my hand at gardening. . . over the past two weekends, Colin and I have pulled weeds, raked, mowed grass, trimmed edges and planted flowers. . . . .

I’m feeling all domestic. . . . .

yuck.

11 out of 12

12 05 2006

I bought some mini ice cream sandwiches this week.I got home after a long day at work, and a gruelling drive back to the burbs, low and behold the box of ice cream sandwiches has been opened.

Not one, not two, not even just six were gone. 11 out of the 12 in the box were gone.

Colin had eaten the whole box - minus that one - in a day!

I’m sure had I not come home when I did, he would have polished off the box! That made me grumpy.

Who Cut The Cheese?

9 05 2006

Colin went to Paris last week on business, as they were leaving he thought it would be a great idea to buy a ‘wheel of cheese’ this thing is like 6 inches thick, and 12 inches across, and filled with all of France’s different cheeses.

I figure there are 3 pounds of cheese. . . . .

I went to my fridge yesterday and the STENCH coming out of it was unbearable!!!

I told Colin something must be bad. . . he casually says ‘Nothing smells bad, thats just my Paris cheese’ . . . .

. . . .I’m gagging by this time. I swear my place smells like garbage right now.

Well, I guess I know where the expression ‘who cut the cheese’ came from. . . . .
